Absolutely no alcohol or smoking is allowed during the trip.
In case of abnormal or inappropriate activities, the trek lead will take the final call, and the participant may be removed from the trip by the Trip On Weekend (TOW) Team.
All participants must agree to follow the rules and regulations adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity.
We promise unforgettable memories, not luxury. Only basic facilities will be provided in terms of food, travel, and accommodation.
No littering is allowed. We respect nature and expect the same from our travelers.
Participants must cooperate with organizer(s) in following the schedule (especially waking up and getting ready on time) so that no one misses out on traveling experiences.
Travelers must respect and support each other and avoid discussions on sensitive or controversial topics.
The following behaviors will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the trip by the Trip On Weekend (TOW) Team:
Foul or abusive language
Eve-teasing
Arguments with fellow travelers or organizer(s)
Physical assault
Every traveler must sign a liability/waiver form provided by the organizer(s) before boarding the vehicle.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. All equipment belonging to Trip On Weekend (TOW) must be handled carefully, and any loss or damage will be charged to the participant(s) concerned.
Participants cannot go off-trail or wander alone without informing the organizer(s).
Travelers must reach the boarding point on time.
Plastics should be avoided as much as possible, especially bottles and bags.
Trip On Weekend (TOW) reserves the right to cancel the event if fewer than 8 travelers register or due to external factors beyond control such as political unrest, natural hazards, or cancellation of public transport.
In case of cancellation by the organizers, participants will be informed about alternate events and can choose to switch or cancel. A full refund will be provided in case of cancellation by Trip On Weekend (TOW).
